Passport Around the World: Ireland Whiskey Distiller’s Paired Dinner
The Tallman Hotel’s annual outdoor paired dinner brings together a four-course menu from Chef Pablo Aguilar and whiskeys and spirits from Mendocino Spirits. Master distiller Crispin Cain and Tamar Kaye guide guests through the distillery’s history, production process, and tasting notes as the evening unfolds between courses, while pianist Paul Kemp provides music. Dinner is planned beneath the sycamores in the garden between the Tallman Hotel and the Blue Wing Restaurant & Saloon.

Cost: $129 per person, plus tax. An overnight package is also published: two dinner tickets with a regular room for $499 tax-inclusive, or two dinner tickets with a soaking-tub room for $599

Booking and payment: A credit card is required at the time of booking. The first night’s accommodation will be charged when the reservation is made, and the remaining balance will be
charged seven days before arrival. Taxes and fees are included.
Cancellation policy: Reservations are partially refundable. Cancellations made more than seven days before arrival will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
No-shows: No-shows will be processed the same as cancellations.
