Built in 1887, Sand Rock Farm is a secluded retreat nestled on 10 forested acres near Aptos. Once home to Santa Cruz County’s first winery, the beautifully restored estate blends historic character with modern comforts. Each of the five light-filled suites features a Jacuzzi tub and views of the gardens. Guests can relax on the sunny reading porch, gather around the fire pit, or wander the garden paths and ruins of the historic winery. Resident goats and chickens add a touch of farm life, while beaches, redwood forests, and the Corralitos Wine Trail are just a short drive away.
