Your “Cool-cation” begins with a pair of seasonably inspired cocktails that speaks of the ranch and will perfectly preface an unforgettable culinary journey with extraordinary dinners nightly (for two) prepared by our chefs who forage from the ranch and our gardens and reflect a sense of place. Just the Two of Us
We arrange everything you need for a perfect celebration — a custom bouquet and boutonnière from our garden florist, a non-denominational officiant to host your ceremony, one hour of personal photography, and two-hours dedicated staff and UTVs to shuttle you around the property to your selected ceremony sites.
Elopement couples can include up to four additional guests in their ceremony and celebration dinner at $200 per person (additional lodging may be required).
We host elopements weekdays only (Mon-Thur), no weekends or holidays; this allows our staff more time and availability to devote to your special day – Two night minimum booking required – Package does not include lodging – Package is subject to service fee & tax.

Also included are two cocktails at sunset, cozy lunch for 2 and a 2-hour UTV tour of the seven distinct microclimates. Autumn Plein Air Artist Retreat
September 13-18, 2026 5 days/5 nights of Inspiration on the Northern California Coast – Designed for artists of all levels, this intimate retreat invites you to slow down, explore, and create in a setting that feels both expansive and deeply personal. With just 12–15 participants, each experience is thoughtfully guided and quietly supportive. Led in part by acclaimed plein air artist Mary Pettis, whose work captures the ever-changing light and landscape of the Northern California coast, the retreat offers both inspiration and expert guidance.

Spring and summer on the Mendocino Coast bring vibrant growth across the 2,200 private acres of The Inn at Newport Ranch. Our culinary program reflects the richness and diversity of the ranch through hyper-local ingredients sourced from land and sea, and we invite guests to experience that connection firsthand.
Stay two nights and embark on a four-hour guided UTV exploration across the ranch’s distinct microclimates. Learn to identify and forage seasonal edible plants and mushrooms alongside our knowledgeable team, then watch as your discoveries inspire a thoughtfully prepared meal highlighting the flavors of the ranch.Package Rate: $1,100 based on double occupancy (plus room rate, less 10% discount).
