Nestled in the charming town of Freeport, Freeport Wine Country Inn offers a cozy escape with farmhouse ambiance. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Sacramento River, Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course, Freeport Marina, Reggie’s Market, and several local dining spots.

Escape to the serene countryside and stay in one of our ten beautifully appointed rooms. Each room, with its charming farmhouse feel, offers comfortable bedding to ensure a home away from home feel. Our rooms feature convenient amenities, including private bathrooms with jetted/soaking tubs, hair dryers, mini refrigerators, Keurig coffee makers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Indulge in the thoughtful touches such as bath bombs and toiletries. We have a common area that includes microwave and muffins and fruit that are available in the mornings.

Open Friday-Sunday The Bistro celebrates the freshest local fruits and vegetables, bringing a farm-to-fork feel to every dish. With weekly new creations, our American cuisine is enhanced with touches of Portugal, Ireland, and New Orleans influences.

Apple Farm Inn & Restaurant

Experience Apple Farm Inn’s well-appointed accommodations in San Luis Obispo. Secret Garden Inn & Cottages

The Secret Garden Inn is a complex of cottages shaded by mature trees and banded together by beautiful gardens. The main house consists of an inviting living room, a country dining room and two guest accommodations. The other guest rooms are located in the four cottages, all with their private bathrooms and separate entrances. Five of the guest accommodations have their own private enclosed, patios with a personal hot tub. The atmosphere with us is romantic and restful.

Enjoy our delicious Breakfast tray brought to the privacy of your room and which includes: Dominique’s French recipe quiches, fresh-baked croissant or sweet bread, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juices.

All our rooms have a TV-DVD, a private bath and shower and a hairdryer.

Many fine restaurants, shops, museums and sights of beautiful Santa Barbara are just a short stroll or a quick bike ride from the Inn.

Tallman Hotel

The Tallman is an immaculate 17 room country hotel located in the rural town of Upper Lake in the emerging Lake County wine country. The centerpiece is the fully restored 1890s western vernacular main hotel building reopened after a 40 year hiatus in 2006. Surrounding the main hotel building are 9 single rooms (4 with Japanese soaking tubs and outdoor showers), 4 suites, a small conference facility plus a pool and garden. Across the garden from the hotel is the Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant offering fine food and drink for lunch and dinner daily. The facility features fine interiors, comfortable beds, private baths, free parking, free Wi-Fi, TV and DVD players. The hotel is eco-friendly with a state-of-the-art geo-exchange heating and cooling system, solar panels, energy efficient lighting, etc. We are the first facility in Lake County to offer a free electric car charging station. In 2014 we added a delightful retail and gift shop nearby called The Upper Lake Mercantile. The property is listed on the California Register of Historic Places.

San Luis Creek Lodge

Located in downtown San Luis Obispo, San Luis Creek Lodge has been reinterpreted with a sophisticated California aesthetic that combines a contemporary farmhouse inspiration and a Central Coast bohemian flair. Borrowing influences from the nearby wine making region and California beaches, San Luis Creek Lodge seeks to invoke the culture and design inherent in the surrounding area and community.

Howard Creek Ranch

Howard Creek Ranch is a designated Historic Site. This 60-acre oceanfront working farm is bordered by miles of beach and mountains near a 60-mile long wilderness. Rustic cabins and suites, views, fireplaces, skylights, antiques, flower gardens, handmade quilts, a 75-foot swinging foot bridge over Howard Creek, with sheep, horses, and llama, a hot tub, sauna, massage, a piano and parlour games are combined with redwoods, excellent local restaurants,
horseback riding on the beach, and generous, friendly hospitality. Pets allowed by prior arrangement. Accommodations include cabins, suites and rooms furnished with antiques, large comfortable beds, and handmade quilts with views of the ocean, mountains, creek or gardens. Wireless Internet connection is available for your computer.
