The Stavrand Russian River Valley

Welcome to the Stavrand, a luxury retreat nestled in the Russian River Valley. A full renovation has combined the property’s rich history with chic styling to create an experience that brings together the delightful indulgences of a Sonoma resort with the character of a boutique hotel.

Our culinary team will delight your palate with craveable, thoughtfully-crafted California cuisine. In addition to the inclusive daily breakfast options, many guests reserve dinner to further savor the bounty of Sonoma County and our own estate.

SCP Seven4One Hotel

At SCP Seven4One Hotel, we combine coastal charm with eco-conscious design to create a stay that’s as peaceful and rejuvenating as Laguna Beach itself. Every detail reflects our commitment to wellness, community, and sustainability. SCP Seven4One is a boutique hotel designed for rest and reconnection, steps from the beach. Centered around a bright indoor-outdoor atrium, the hotel offers an intimate setting with spaces to relax, unwind, and gather. Guests enjoy full access to the oceanfront amenities at our sister property, Laguna Surf Lodge, including an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas and oceanfront firepits located steps away on the sand.

The lobby, once Mr. Exchange’s private study, and the corridors reflect the couple’s sophisticated style. The guest rooms, whimsical and eclectic, offer a glimpse into their unique decor. Adding a personal touch, Willow Restaurant and Bar, Mrs. Exchange’s cherished retreat, serves as a beloved extension of their home, where her culinary passions come to life.

The Dylan Hotel at SFO

The Dylan Hotel at SFO recently brought back mid-century modern with contemporary vibes through the recent remodel of the exterior, lobby, reception and breakfast room. The entrance is encased with eco-friendly siding and accented with a hexagon patterned coreteen steel.

Step into the lobby to the sound of subtle electronic jazz music as you take in the natural elements of the living wall and tree trunk table. Head to the reception, and enjoy the San Francisco murals behind the smoked glass and wood-grained shelving adorned with books and carefully curated decorations.

 

The Butler Hotel

The Butler Hotel is your gateway to the incredible offering known as the Central Coast of California. Enter through the historic 1950’s façade and you’ll immediately find yourself in a sophisticated haven infused with industrial yet modern design. Drift has accommodations for travelers of every kind, from the two-person Bunk all the way to the expansive rooftop Drift Penthouse. In addition to rooms, Drift’s on-site coffee shop, Dawn, is inspired by SoCal’s vintage surf culture, and serves drip coffee, espresso-based classics, and a selection of grab-n-go items and locally made pastries. R INN NAPA is a contemporary urban boutique hotel in a converted historic building located in downtown Napa, walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Inspired by small European art hotels, unique original artwork and modern decor are featured throughout the property. The independent concept caters to self-sufficient travelers that value design, features, and location without plentiful amenities and services. While the staff is onsite during the day, guests can easily self-check-in and access rooms and common areas with keypad door codes. Accommodations include 5 stunning Loft Suites, 10 stylish rooms off an open-air courtyard, and a freestanding Bungalow. Property features include the swanky Lobby Lounge, DiningRoom/BoardRoom/ZoomRoom, Courtyard, Garden, and our common Kitchen and Pantry which are accessible to guests at any time.

The Landsby, a newly renovated 50-room boutique hotel, brings a unique hospitality offering to downtown Solvang, a small town in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. The hotel combines a bright, contemporary design with Scandinavian elements inspired by the town’s Danish roots.
