The centerpiece of the resort is a 7,360-yard, 18-hole championship golf course – host of the 2016 U.S Women’s Open – that plays through creeks, meadows, and the golden foothills of the valley. Deetjen’s Big Sur Inn

Nestled in the scenic beauty of nature, our rustic rooms showcase intricate details and traditional Norwegian style design. Immersed in the simplicity of a bygone era, the Inn offers a retreat from modern distractions–no TV, Wi-Fi, or cell service. With its beautiful antique collection and timeless architecture, Deetjen’s invites you to step into the past while providing a cozy haven for those seeking a tranquil connection with both history and nature.

Our restaurant consists of four intimate rooms. Guests enjoy good food and wine in a warm, informal atmosphere with fireplaces, candlelight and classical music.

Inn at the Pinnacles

Inn at the Pinnacles is a highly unique destination tucked away in the Gabilan Mountains of Monterey County. Here you will find elegance, comfort, natural beauty, and solitude in the surrounding hills. The Inn is located just 5 minutes from the West Entrance of Pinnacles National Park, which offers opportunities for hiking, bird watching, rock climbing and picnicking.

Each of our guest rooms promises exclusivity with private entry, a cozy patio featuring a gas grill, and a luxurious private bath, ensuring a truly unforgettable retreat. Our Mediterranean-style inn sits at the heart of the 160-acre Brosseau Vineyard Estate. Our organically farmed vineyard is comprised of 45 acres in the Chalone Appellation of Monterey County, California. Grab a glass of wine and stroll through our vineyards at your leisure. In the fall you’ll have the opportunity to sample wine grapes ripening on the vines just before harvest!

Monarch Cove Inn

Poised on an ocean cliff, the Monarch Cove Inn looks out onto the breathtaking curve of Monterey Bay. Accommodations are intimately nestled among flower filled gardens and a monarch butterfly habitat. A designated segment of the property was given to the state of California as an environmental easement. It serves as a Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary to protect the species and to let future generations enjoy these beautiful butterflies. During migration the monarch butterflies may travel up to 3,000 miles. They arrive around mid-October and typically stay through mid-February.

Enjoy a memorable stay on our 2.5 acre estate with uniquely appointed Victorian guestrooms and cottages, which are a thoughtful blend of yesterday and today. We are conveniently located within walking distance to Capitola Village. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival as well as a breakfast basket of Bouchon Bakery pastries delivered to your porch every morning.  Nestled along cobbled pathways under mature trees – you feel a world apart.

 

The Gables Wine Country Inn

Highlands Ranch Resort

A piece of California that is still virtually untouched and ready to be explored! We are a unique destination resort located in the beautiful Lassen National Forest. With Lassen Volcanic National Park virtually in our front yard experience breathtaking views of mountains, meadows and lush forest. Seven luxurious meadow-side cottages are available, includes chef-prepared breakfast each morning, outdoor firepit, hot tub units, heated bathroom floors, natural stone tile and top of the line bedding. Our stunning lodge restaurant, bar and banquet rooms are located adjacent to the cottages. We’re located minutes from Lassen Park, world class fly fishing, Lake Almanor, golf, horseback riding, hiking, scenic drives, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ranger-led snow shoeing in the park.
