The Los Angeles Athletic Club Hotel

The Los Angeles Athletic Club Hotel is a boutique hotel that occupies the top three floors of a 12-story historic landmark private club building. A stay at a historic private club is an entirely unique experience. Collapse onto cool cotton sheets after a rigorous game of squash. Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel

Located in West Hollywood, Short Stories is a new 66-room boutique hotel from LA entrepreneur Leo Grifka of Grifka Group. The new experiential & design-driven property provides an elevated hospitality experience, while honoring the culture and history of the area, and features modern guest rooms, a full-service destination restaurant, bar, and outdoor ‘secret garden’ courtyard sanctuary with a Food & Beverage program concepted by a highly acclaimed chef. Designed by Grifka in collaboration with Kevin Klein Design, the hotel is designed in a “cultured California-contemporary” aesthetic with classic European design touches, featuring terrazzo contrasted with stained woods & brass, along with lush vegetation from landscape architect Rolling Greens, creating a harmonious sequence across all spaces.

Serving as a central gathering place for guests and locals alike, Short Stories Restaurant – the hotel’s collection of Food &Beverage spaces – which includes the restaurant and Stories Bar, the hotel’s courtyard lounge, private dining spaces, and an outdoor pool area, features a food & beverage program envisioned by highly acclaimed Executive Chef Ricardo Zarate of Zarate Group, in collaboration with Grika Group, with menus that celebrate the melting pot that is Los Angeles cuisine, highlighted through seasonal California-sourced ingredients.

Skyview Los Alamos

Skyview is an iconic roadside motel turned boutique luxury. The property offers 33 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, heated pool and a working vineyard and is perched on a hillside overlooking Santa Ynez wine country.

Throughout the hotel, original mid century architecture has been enhanced with a modern rustic aesthetic and luxury trimmings. The guest rooms have undergone a stem to stern renovation and feature hardwood floors, AC/heat, flat panel televisions, down duvets, leather club chairs and marble-clad bathrooms. Many rooms have indoor fireplaces and private patios with stunning wine country views.

De La Vina Inn

The Inn has been restored to the 1895 feel of the original architecture, with original wood floors, windows, moldings, with a touch of modernity. In addition, there is a large living room, dining area, sun room, back patio and 1/3 acres back garden to relax in. Every room is unique and carefully appointed with quality furnishings and fine linens. Many rooms have a wood burning fireplace and terrace. The Penthouse suite occupies the entire third floor. It has a King bed, wood-burning fireplace and a wet bar. The large bath features a whirlpool tub and waterfall shower. The large viewing deck offers comfortable seating, table and lounge area, a spectacular view of the ocean at a distance, palm trees views, and views of the red tile roofs in downtown Santa Barbara.

The George

The George is one of the most successfully executed examples of late nineteenth century residential architecture, and as such, is part of the National Register of Historic Places and Subsequent National Parks Service Evaluation. The property was originally commissioned in 1891 by George E. Goodman Jr., who was the son of one of Napa’s most prominent businessmen, George Goodman Sr.

Known as the handsomest house in town, this famous residence has been re-imagined into a 9-room luxury boutique inn that captures a new balance of contemporary elegance with a stylish grandeur for the 21st century. Our knowledgeable hosts and concierge are available to you during the day. Guests can easily self-check-in and access rooms with our secure keyless door systems.  A full breakfast is provided on weekends.
